Outlook Travel Ltd Payment and Billing Policy

Payment Procedure

a. Deposit Requirements: A deposit of not less than GBP 150 per person (excluding infants), along with any applicable insurance premiums, is required at the time of booking confirmation.

b. Full Payment for Special Offers: For holidays based on special offers, full payment may be required immediately upon confirmation.

c. Booking Refusal: Outlook Travel Ltd reserves the right to refuse a booking if payment has not been successfully debited.

Accepted Payment Methods

Cash: We do accept cash; however, we advise customers not to post cash to us, but to pay in person at the office.

Personal/Company Cheques

Cheques should be made payable to Outlook Travel Ltd. A clearance period of ten (10) working days is necessary before departure. A GBP 25 charge will be levied for any returned cheques.

Debit Cards: MasterCard Debit and Visa Delta Debit cards are accepted. Payments via these cards can be made through our 3D secure payment gateway at https://pay.vivawallet.com/my-travel-world.

We reserve the right to refuse a booking until we have full payment.

Credit Cards: We accept MasterCard, Visa American Express & Diners Club cards are not accepted. Third-party credit card payments require a signed authorization from the cardholder. Credit card payments can also be made via the above-mentioned secure payment link .

Refusal of Booking due to Non-Payment

We reserve the right to refuse a booking until full payment is received.

Agency and Operator Information

Outlook Travel Ltd acts as an agent for the travel provider. Flights are operated by scheduled airline operators, and ancillary products such as hotels, car transfers, etc., are sourced from authorized providers.
